You Tell Me: Is This Fire Jihad?

It is probably climate engineering that has turned forests into tinder, and disrupted the hydrological (and every other) weather cycle; but what about the arsonists on the ground?

About those fires — the likes of which, from Lahaina, to Pacific Palisades, to Canada, to France, Spain, Italy and beyond, we have no memory of; and about those fire phenomena, from their so-called “pyrocumulus” clouds, “heat domes” and continent-wide smoke contamination, which we have no history of — who is setting them? This is a logical question when arson appears to be playing a role in these conflagrations, albeit a role usually drowned out in a firehose of “climate change” stories.

Take Spain —

The reporting in black and white is no different. On July 16, 2026, Le Monde reported: “In France, nine out of 10 wildfires are of human origin.” Nine out of ten. No word on whether the tenth case is of “climate change origin — and no breakdown offered between intentional (arson) or accidental (sheer idiocy).

The story continued: “According to Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez, around 60 people have been arrested as part of investigations into intentional or accidental fires.” Who are these people? Nunez will only describe them as 30 adults and 29 minors “with very different profiles.” However “different” they may be — and “intentional” and “accidental” makes a difference — we already know the “intentional” people all share a “profile”. They all want to burn down France, its history, its beauty, and make its people homeless and desolate. In other words, this doesn’t sound like a tiny band of Marine Le Pen supporters.

One startling “profile” released, at least in part, to the public is that of an unnamed 18 year old volunteer fireman, who was charged with starting the fire in the historic Fontainebleau Forest earlier this month. According to the prosecutor, the volunteer pompier “initially confessed to `setting fire to twigs with a lighter and petrol’ before retracting his confession.”

This fireman was not alone. As of mid-July, six suspects, no details, were under arrest in connection with the same Fontainebleau fire. Macron grandiosely declared there would be ”zero tolerance” for arsonists. But that was around ten days ago, before the wildfires in France (and elsewhere) had assumed the almost unimaginable scale, intensity and destructive powers. Since then, we haven’t exactly seen an outbreak of epuration sauvage against arsonists, or even a PR campaign; indeed, the whole arson story appears to have stalled.

This could be a function of the strain on civilian and military forces fighting these fires, and the danger of the fire zones, which would make investigations difficult. Or maybe they all reformed. Still, it’s far more “politically correct” to blame “climate change” — and never, ever, ever climate engineering — for conditions leading to these catastrophes. But who is striking the match? That’s where I’m looking. Actually, I ‘m looking at two places: up in the sky, where “climate engineering” is filling our skies filled with what Dane Wigington (watch his latest) describes as “incendiary dust”; and down on the thus desiccated, extra-flammable forest floor, where, as Le Monde tells us, nine out of ten wildfires are of human origin.

Here’s another French arrest for the pile: On July 19, 2026, the AP sent out, “Man detained in police probe of raging wildfires in France,” which reports on the arrest of a 39-year-old man who “lives in” Gironde (doesn’t say “from” Gironde; is that relevant?), no name, as a potential suspect.

Also this:

A motorist told investigators that before pulling over and trying unsuccessfully to extinguish the flames, he saw a vehicle speeding away from the spot where the fire started, the Bordeaux prosecutor’s office said.

Scary thought: How many other vehicles speed away unseen?

Criminal investigators found evidence pointing to possible arson, the prosecutor’s office said.

Further, our 39-year-old suspect has something of a record.

He also was questioned in 2012 on suspicion of starting a forest fire but that investigation was shelved in 2014 for lack of evidence, the prosecutor’s office added.

It’s not clear whether the 39-year-old who lives in Gironde is the same person seen driving away from the fire-scene. Such confusion might reflect the chaotic conditions of reporting amid what in many places resembles an active war zone. Actually, it is a war zone. In this cycle of jihad, in this period of Western implosion, arson is not only a weapon of mass destruction, it is also a weapon of terror. It could be quite literally a weapon of jihad in the hands of Muslim jihadists and their anti-Western fellow travelers. Again, what are the “profiles” of these suspects? Are they Muslim? Are they Antifa? Are they Spetznatz? Are they “down” with the migrant “struggle” against “global capitalism” — a la Angela Davis? Do they believe “global capitalists” are reaping what they sowed — a la Angela Merkel? What are the odds that the general “profile” here is foot-soldier of the Red-Green Axis? Will we ever find out?

I’ve seen a few additional arrests reported in passing. For example, in paragraph 12 of a Guardian story of July 26, 2026, “Firefighters in France battle to prevent huge blaze from approaching Bordeaux,” we read:

Three men were arrested in Gironde on Saturday on suspicion of endangering lives. Two of them were accused of setting off fireworks.

Anyone setting off fireworks in the midst of an apocalypse shares a “profile” with the devil. Just look at this ashen devastation.

Across Europe, other countries, Spain, Greece, Italy — Scotland —are all fighting fires on a scale never seen before. Meanwhile, most media are treating the assault as a kind of a natural disaster linked to, caused by “climate change.” Such reporting becomes like wallpaper, background noise, even as they tick off the destruction and mass evacuations of countryside, towns, cities. The media explanation for what is behind all of this has the sound a suppressed yawn: You drive a car, right? What else can you expect?

By contrast, the following report of July 23, 2026 from Italian state television via RaiNews.It (via Google translate) packs a punch.

Sicily is still burning; Civil Protection says: “There is little to be done against arson.”

There have been 350 interventions in recent hours. Among the most critical situations is Santo Stefano Quisquina, where five fire fronts are active.

The story goes on to describe a state of war against arsonists:

All the smaller fires have been brought under control; the most serious and problematic fronts remain those at Santo Stefano Quisquina, Cammarata, and Monreale,” stated Salvatore Cocina, head of the Sicilian Civil Protection agency, speaking to Italpress. “Yesterday (July 22) marked the peak of the crisis and the worst day overall, with 350 fire incidents—ten of which were major and required aerial intervention. Four additional Canadair aircraft arrived from Rome yesterday afternoon, bringing the total to six; these operated throughout the night alongside four helicopters. Effectively, the available state fleet was doubled, despite one aircraft suffering a mechanical failure during operations.

It is no longer merely a matter of fire prevention and firefighting,” Cocina emphasized, “but a public order issue. This is due to arsonists who are endangering the environment and human lives—as tragically demonstrated by the death of firefighter Alessandro Marchì. This situation is serious and infuriating; that is why I believe that during these ‘red code’ days, we must deploy law enforcement and army units to maintain a presence on the ground. The number of fires has overwhelmed our system’s response capacity, but this has happened partly because of the relentless actions of arsonists, which are driving the situation out of control.”

It is hard to find adequate words for any of this; however, it should be said that the dynamic, combining fire-fighting with police/military, is not unfamiliar in Islamizing Europe. I am reminded of the “norm,” for example, in Rosengard, the Islamic-majority-section of Malmo, Sweden, where the fire department, for the safety of the firemen, must be accompanied by the police department when deploying to put out fires, whether arson or other In the case of Sicily, a few media reports raise the possibility that mafia land-grabbing is behind the arson. On social media I have seen suspicions about the nefarious role of solar power companies. The answer doesn’t have to be either-or restrictive; that is, many groups could benefit at the expense of the nation-state under the broad banner of Red-Green arson — a kind of fire-jihad against whole countries. Not that we are likely to learn the truth.

What we do know is that the emergency is not just the fire. The emergency is also the arson. The bigger emergency is the arsonists. And the biggest emergency of all is the governments, who lie so much about all of these emergencies.

Exposing such evil always takes a toll. That is, it is not without cost to learn about the cruelty and depravity of these destroyers, whoever they are. Certainly, ordinary people could live extraordinary lives and never even think of the following.

“Cats with rags tied to their tails believed to have been used to start fires in Italy”

Authorities in Sicily are carrying out ongoing efforts to control major wildfires that have broken out in rural areas across parts of the island.

A spokesperson for Calabria’s Civil Protection Agency said that animals were released into fields with fuel-soaked rags and their tails set on fire in order to spread the flames. He said there is further evidence suggesting the fires were deliberately started, including the discovery of candles among the rags and the use of delayed ignition devices.

According to Sky TG24, the Italian Association for the Defence of Animals and the Environment has called for a criminal investigation and offered a €1,000 reward for information that could help identify those responsible for setting the cats on fire.

They should be cast into the fire.

What other crimes may be taking place at these civilizational crime scenes? It may be tedious of me to mention it, but don’t ask the New York Times for the answer. It’s far too busy, along with the rest of the MSM-creme-de-la-creme, setting the Human-Caused-Climate-Change Party Line to be bothered. For the record, the only NYT story I saw combining France and arson was a clueless summer feature about winding the old clocks of Paris. Did you know that the Hotel de Ville was “destroyed by arson in 1871 during the Paris Commune uprising”?
